Effective Date: July 13, 2026. Standard B2B operational guidelines for technical consulting delivery networks.

1. Scope of Engagement

All software integrations, ERP advisory, healthcare revenue cycle management, and remote team support structures developed by Excell Valley Pvt. Ltd. are subject to individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents and strict service level agreements (SLAs) signed by both corporate parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Custom source codebases, database scripts, custom application bridges, and configurations developed specifically for a client's project are fully transferred to the client upon complete satisfaction of all contract billing structures, unless explicitly outlined otherwise within a signed SOW.

3. B2B Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. All judicial disputes arise strictly under Hyderabadi jurisdictions.
